Confidentiality
The law protects the relationship between a client and psychologist. It is prohibited for me to reveal any information without written consent except under the following circumstances:
If you present an immediate danger to yourself I am required to take measures to ensure your safety if you are unable to do so.
I am required to report cases of suspected child or elder abuse.
If there is reason to believe that you will cause serious harm to an identified individual I am required to inform the police as well as the intended victim.
